Benton-Stearns Education District #6383, located in central MN, is accepting applications for a full-time or part-time licensed school psychologist(s). Applicants seeking a school psychologist internship placement are also welcome to apply and will be considered for this position.

Benton-Stearns Education District, located in central MN, serves students from our 6 member districts of: Foley, Holdingford, Kimball, Rocori, Sartell, and Sauk Rapids-Rice. Benton-Stearns specializes in providing highly skilled support to students and staff within our member districts and at our three level IV programs located in Sartell, Sauk Rapids, and Cold Spring.

School Psychologists support schools in their effort to proactively intervene with students through a Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) and to conduct educational evaluations. School Psychologists support students’ learning, social development, and mental and behavioral health using problem solving, assessment, data-based decision-making, and the delivery of evidenced-based interventions. Our team offers a very hands on approach to student learning and intervention. Our highly qualified team of school psychologists participate regularly in collaboration meetings and joint decision making.

Our team has access to paid professional development opportunities including out of state travel.
